Franco & Lella came to Australia 11 years ago, opened the first restaurant and started building their name in Byron Bay. The restaurant was called "Gimelli Restaurant" and was situated in Jonson Street.

After 4 years they moved to the Gold Coast where they established two restaurants. The first was called "Relish the Experience" and was in Mudgeeraba. The other was in Burleigh Heads and was called "Amici Miei".

2 and a half years ago they moved to WA and precisely in Margaret River where they continued the tradition with a restaurant once again called "Relish the Experience.

And now, as the last move, they opened the new Relish the Experience in Dunsborough....a fine restaurant where great food and hospitality go hand in hand.
